All orders are custom cast and made to order. All orders do not go into production without full advance payment by the customer.

Orders take approximately 2-4 weeks to produce and ship.

Should you need your order before that time frame, it may be possible to rush your order for an additional fee. You can note your rush request in the comments section of the order. If this is possible, a sales representative will provide you with the additional cost and your credit card will be charged accordingly.

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email in NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. 

A sales representative will contact you to confirm the details of your order before processing it. After the confirmation of your order, you will not be able to make changes to it. Completion of the contract between you and SWATI DHANAK will be perfected when we dispatch the goods to you at which time you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and confirming that your order has been dispatched.

Domestic shipping (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) is free of charge with FedEx Ground shipping.

FedEx overnight and two-day shipping are available for an additional fee.

Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We arrange international shipping on a case-by-case basis at this time. Please email if you would like to have an item shipped internationally.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery.

SWATI DHANAK is not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves SWATI DHANAK. If your order is sent back to SWATI DHANAK by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.

SWATI DHANAK does not accept shipping accounts provided by the customer.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out within the Terms and Conditions.

Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by any reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

All made-to-order sales are final. Unfortunately, we are not able to take returns on any item unless there is a manufacturer defect.

However, we stand behind our product and should you wish to make any alterations to your SWATI DHANAK fine jewelry, or require a repair within a 6-month period from your purchase, please contact us and a representative will get back to you.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the repair as well as the shipment, unless it is within 30 days of purchase and it has been determined that there is a manufacturer defect.

Sales Tax is applicable on all orders shipped within New York at the current local rate. Orders shipped outside of New York State are not liable for Sales Tax.
